How are Other States Controlling Odors and Air Pollution from Livestock Operations?

DATCP should keep the Proposed Odor Index in the Livestock Factory Siting Standards and continue to work with the public health advocates, citizens, the University of Wisconsin, state and federal agencies, and livestock operations to continue to improve it.
