Attractive green-designed offices spaces available for sublease. Midwest Environmental Advocates offers the Southeast wing of its offices for sublease. The wing contains three attractive and versatile rooms with easy access to common facilities, including the bathroom, kitchen, copier and conference room. Spaces may be leased separately or as a group. Terms and rent are negotiable. Lease price includes all utilities and weekly cleaning service.

- Room 212 10.5’ x 5’ Contains one exterior window, two interior ‘lightflow’ windows and one large hall window, two phone/DSL jacks, and fourteen power sockets.
- Room 213 10.5’ x 5’ Contains one exterior window, two interior ‘lightflow’ windows and one large hall window, two phone/DSL jacks, and fourteen power sockets.
- Room 214 10.5’ x 4.5’ Contains three exterior windows, one interior ‘lightflow’ window, one large hall window, two phone/DSL jacks, and fourteen power sockets.
All rooms have lockable doors. Furnishings are negotiable. Office Features:
- Natural Lighting- Rooms in the S.E. Wing utilize both exterior windows and interior windows to allow for a constant flow of natural light through the spaces. The large plate-glass windows keep the rooms open and allow for more light and color or can be shaded for privacy.
- Healthy Environment – For the health and comfort of those working in the office only low VOC paints are used in the space. Also, all cleaning supplies used in the offices are non-toxic. Wherever possible only water and vinegar is used as a cleaning agent and the few other products used are all non-toxic. MEA also has a fragrance free policy and utilized air purifiers to remove whatever dust or impurities do make their way inside.
- Transportation – While away from the noise of major roads, the office is conveniently located within four minutes walk of the capitol and ten minutes of the University of Wisconsin. A secured bike rack is available for those wishing to bike. The office is located one block down from a major bike route. Temporary parking for guests is available in the building’s lot. For daily commuting a parking permit may be purchased from Delta Properties for $68 per month as available. Mass transportation is also available to Milwaukee via the Badger Bus that departs from the depot across the street.

Shared Facilities
- Bathroom- Clean, spacious and handicapped accessible. All cleaning products and sealant on the wooden floor are nontoxic. All paper goods will be provided by MEA and are made of recycled material. Utilizes a solar tube to provide natural light.
- Kitchen –Amenities include the use of the refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and instant hot water tap. All cleaning supplies used are natural and nontoxic, including the biodegradable, chlorine and phosphate free soap used in the dishwasher.
- Conference Room – MEA’s large conference room is available by reservation with MEA’s Executive Assistant. The large conference room can seat eight comfortably, with a week’s reservation; wings can be added to the table allowing it to seat fourteen to eighteen. If not leased, MEA also maintains a second, smaller conference room (room 214) that may also be reserved. This room seats four to six and is positioned adjacent to rentable spaces.
- Telephone/ High Speed Internet Wiring- All sublet office are fully wired for high speed internet and phone capabilities, with two outlets allowing for flexible arrangement of furniture. Wiring extends from the office to free ports in the server room, and from there to the d-mark in the basement. This system exists independently of MEA’s phone and internet service, allowing any vendor to provide service to and its port in the meeting room with no further wiring needed. Up to four voice lines and two lines of data are available in each office.
- Copier/Fax Access – MEA’s copy machine is available, providing photocopying and fax services. Copier charges are based on use.
