(AP) TOWN OF LUXEMBURG, Wis. A Kewaunee County farm sued over its liquid manure has reported another manure spill.

Darren Kuhn, with the state Department of Natural Resources, says Stahl Farms reported a manure spill of 10-thousand gallons yesterday morning.

The Stahl Farms were involved in a lawsuit after a Luxemburg family sued them claiming liquid manure spread on the farm's fields and snow-melt seeped into the family's well, sickening family members.

The two sides recently agreed to a 380-thousand dollar settlement.

Kuhn says yesterday's spill was quickly contained and did not get into any surface water.

Kuhn says the farm cleaned it properly and notified the proper authorities.

Yesterday's leak was blamed on a faulty clamp on a pipe.
